Heavy rain has caused flooding across much of the Newark and Sherwood District as storm Babet battered the East Midlands.
Homes on Mill Lane in Edwinstowe had to be evacuated on Friday as the River Maun burst its banks leading to Edwinstowe Village Hall opening as an "Evacuation Hub".
Nottinghamshire Police confirmed it was assisting with the evacuation in the village at around 17:30 BST.
Main routes like the A614 at Ollerton roundabout have also been affected as water from the River Maun spilled across fields and over the road.
McDonald's at Saville Roundabout (Ollerton) has confirmed it is closed until further notice after flood water breached the restaurant, managers and staff were assessing the damage on Saturday morning.
Horses and livestock also had to be evacuated near Ollerton Mill as water levels continued to rise and the outdoor seating area at Bella Vita has been submerged.
58 flood warnings remain in place across Nottinghamshire with a flood warning in place for much of Edwinstowe and Ollerton near the River Maun.
The Environment Agency says "River levels will continue to remain high over this weekend".
Nottinghamshire County Council has also published a list of current road closures on its website.
