Students in years 7-11 who attend The Dukeries Academy are invited to take part in a Summer Theatre School.

The week-long activity, called Nottinghamshire Creates, will be hosted by experienced actors and drama school graduates who will help students explore drama skills, storytelling, and physical theatre.

The exciting initiative will also end with a public showcase - where friends, family, and peers will be invited to watch a final play, which will be created during the week-long sessions.

The scheme is suitable for students of all abilities who are in years 7-11 at The Dukeries Academy and lunch will also be provided alongside a morning and afternoon snack.

The sessions are part of Nottinghamshire's HAF Initiative and funded places are offered for children in receipt of benefits related to Free School Meals.
